By accessing and using the ZeroToken API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. API Usage & Rate Limits

We provide access to high-performance AI clusters. To ensure stability and zero-latency for all users, the following rules apply:

• Standard plans are subject to a strict rate limit of 60 requests per minute (RPM).
• Users must not attempt to bypass these limits, scrape the service, or run malicious code designed to disrupt our infrastructure.
• We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account that abuses the platform or violates our Fair Use policies.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

Services are billed on a flat monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. All fees are non-refundable unless legally required. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your developer dashboard.
